We offer two pathways into the practice: Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates.

Both are great.

They co-exist beautifully in a balanced practice.

Mat Pilates

Mat reminds you of the principles and basics of Pilates.

Reformer allows you to build strength, length, and empowered movement.

Together, they help you feel grounded, open, strong, and deeply at home in your own body.

Mat Pilates is lower-impact and focuses on mobility, alignment, and core stability.

This is where you learn to move with awareness and ease — not through force, but through connection.

Mat helps you:

Reformer Pilates

Reformer Pilates offers supported, dynamic strengthening through spring resistance and guided movement.

It brings more intensity, while still honouring presence and alignment.

Reformer helps you:

• Build strength and tone throughout the body

• Support and stabilise your joints

• Improve balance, coordination, and posture

• Expand flexibility and range of motion
